Nutritious Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Morning Meal Cookies.

These two ingredient banana oatmeal biscuits are tasty breakfast cookies. They don't contain any flour or sugar, but they still taste just like sweet, soft cookies.

Bananas and fast oats are all you require for the biscuits. If you want some variant, you may add chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.


I came across two ingredient banana biscuits recently, though they've been popular on the web for a couple of years. I tested out many variants before producing a version I actually like, which I am sharing with you now.


The biscuits are firm on the outside and soft inside. They flavor of oats and bananas and are excellent to get an on-the-go breakfast.




Bananas and fast oats are all you want to make those soft, sweet breakfast biscuits.



1 large overripe banana, mashed into a liquid-like consistency

1/2 cup chocolate chips or alternative add-ins of your choice (optional)


Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mat.

In a big bowl, then add oats and mashed bananas. Mix with a fork before it turns into an equally mixed, thick batter. If you plan on using add-ins like chocolate chips, mix them inside the cookie batter in this moment.

Make 8 out chunks out of this cookie batter. Place onto baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
